I used to “make” my own pizza but cheat on the pizza base. I don’t literally make it. I basically just buy pita bread of the shelves, throw basic ingredients on it (usually pineapple, ham, prawns, mushrooms) and shove it in the oven. Still diy.

Anyway, I came across this simple Potato & Rosemary Pizza from elephantine and thought.. damn why didn’t I think of that? Now, if only I have a nice little kitchen, I would definitely try slicing up some potatoes for my very own potato & rosemary pizza! Yum.
